Several years ago I made a quilt for my daughter, but I wanted to hand quilt it. Like many quilters, I didn't have a lot of time to sit and hand quilt. I had marked it with the Crayola Washable markers and it had taken me well over a year before I finally completed it. I was so nervous when it came time to wash it, after all, would all that time with the markings on the fabric even come out? Good news! A little detergent and warm water on a gentle cycle took the markings right out, even after a year!
